Creating this course emerged from my own experiences of feeling completely lost. Living from a place where I was highly invested in pleasing others, looking for external validation, and constantly sensitive to judgment and criticism, I was unable to articulate either what I truly needed or desired.  I just knew I wasn’t living authentically.

We are so often distracted from our own needs, desires, and self-reflection by the ongoing responsibilities, obligations and duties we carry.  The result is a feeling of overwhelm, exhaustion, and often resentment as we suppress our inner selves, putting our desires in a box, thinking we will get round to it later, when we are less busy. One day.

This e-course is an opportunity to explore what’s in your box now, in the midst of the busyness. It offers you a space to return to yourself.

ABOUT THE COURSE

The Staying On Track e-course is an opportunity to look at life through a wider, kinder, more curious, creative and exploratory lens.  It supports you to find your own voice in all the busyness and overwhelm.

The course works with you over 6 months, with each month focused on one theme to help you explore your self, your needs, and desires.  Each of the themes build on each other to allow you to live more intentionally.  Activities (including meditations, visualisations, journalling questions, reading suggestions, quizzes) are designed for you to explore what gives you meaning and satisfaction to live your fullest life.

  • 6 monthly activity emails with suggestions such as audio meditations & visualizations, journaling prompts, and creative activities to practice

*For those of you who want greater accountability, there will be an option for a coaching session with me during or at the end of the programme.

FAQ

I’d love to do this, but I don’t know how I will fit it in!

The course is designed intentionally to not contribute to the overwhelm and overload.  The activities are focused and minimal, providing opportunity to explore your life and desires in a non-judgemental, non pressured way.

Saying that, the course encourages you to learn how to protect and prioritize time for yourself, particularly if you are feeling overloaded and busy.  It is a call back to yourself.

What if I am not creative?

I believe we are all creative in some way!  The activities are playful, and there is no expectation of any expertise in the output.  You are encouraged to park any perfectionist tendencies.

What if I can’t meditate?

The programme is set up for people who have never meditated, as well as those who may already have a regular practice.  The structure provides opportunity to practice meditation in a very relaxed style.  There is no right or wrong way to practice the activities including the meditations.  Instructions will be given to guide you.

What if I can’t journal?

Instructions will be given to help you practice journalling.  You are not expected to have any prior experience keeping a journal.  

Is there a payment plan?

Payment can be made in full, or two or three installments.

Is this course self-paced?

Although the course provides a monthly theme and structure, you can choose to take more time and go at your own pace.  And for those of you who want some greater accountability, there will be an option for a coaching session with me during or at the end of the programme.

What would an optional coaching session with you look like?

For those interested we will set up an hour long coaching session via Zoom.  The coaching session will focus either on parts of the e-course you would like to deepen, or explore next steps for you after the e-course.
